Does anyone know where I can get a pattern for an apron for a very large women? I am guessing about size 30.

Oy vey, those dainty aprons that don't cover nothing! Seriously, I'd take a regular apron, like a butchers one, and put it on the lady. Then I'd pin pieces of paper on it until it is comfortably large for her. Tke it off carefully and use it to make a paper pattern. I'm guessing that it isn't a fancy one. I did that with a apron pattern cause the silly thing hardly covered around me or my chest.

Hi Margaret. You can use the front pieces from a jumper pattern where the front bodice and skirt are cut on the fold. Cut two bodice fronts and sew them right sides together and turn to make the top of the apron. You'll need to add strips the width of the shoulder seams that have been stitched and turned to either tie or buttoned at the neck in back. Turn a hem down the sides and bottom the skirt piece. Sew the skirt to the bodice and add ties to the waist to tie or button in back. Another way is to use an A-line jumper pattern and turn a hem around the whole front piece. Add ties to the neck and sides. I hope this makes sense. If not let me know. Blessings Peggy
