Go into services and press 4,1,1 as quick as you can

An engineer's menu comes up after that

This might not work as they change it from time to time.

Or you could try unplugging it from the wall and trying again?

Mind you it did knacker my old Pace analog box when I had a powercut - the power supply was one of the problems with them apparently.

Everytime you have a problem with a digibox you ring the helpline, they tell you to unplug the power supply from the back, wait 10 seconds, then plug it in again. It always works!!

And I think Sky Digital customers can now get Tyne Tees wherever they are in the UK or even Europe? Can anyone confirm?

For those without Sky / digital / wire coat-hanger, Tyne Tees now offers daily video news bulletins via:

...though they appear to be restricted to the afternoon bulletin (sometimes also including the weather) and NOT North East Tonight with Mike "40 Not Out" Neville and the sport.
