Website(s) for "previously owned" FD Lenses?greenspun.com : LUSENET : Canon FD : One Thread |
Hello All,I'm returning to photography (nature & motor sports) after a long absence. I'm looking for a lens (possibly a zoom) for my AE-1. I have gone through so many photo sites with little variety or success. A reputable seller/supplier with some variety is what I'm looking for.
Does anyone have any favorite contacts they'd be willing to share?
Merci Beaucoup!
Alain

Hello Alain, One of the best sources for quality used FD lens who (IMHO) accurately describes the condition is KEH. See them at keh.com. Their prices are a little higher than some other places but I have found it worthwhile. Other than that I hit canon fd on the ebay search about once a week and browse. There are some really good quality used FD lens available and some of the sellers are very reliable. Caveat Emptor Don

B&H Used Dept. Like all of B&H, it's busy, so its inventory is constantly changing. Consistantly cheaper than eBay with a 15-day return period (a.k.a. "borrow-a-gizmo" -- not that I would ever do such a thing) so it's a great place to shop even if it tends to be catch as catch can.
