I thought you would all be interested to know about a leaflet posted through a friend's door recently, headed "Repossessions - properties at wholesale prices". The leaflet goes on to say that buyers can save over 60% on estate agents' prices and that houses start from "just £3,000". It gives a fax number to retrieve information, which I will try and let you know the outcome. The company is based in Ormskirk, Lancs.

Serious answer now, this is the same firm behaund the spate of faxes to companies offering the same massive discounts on repo homes. We get at least 10 a week at work.
