Where in South Africa will I be able to get a copy of the latest Discipline and at what price(in RAND). I am located in the Western Cape.

Your best chance of getting a Book of Discipline would be to contact the Sunday School Union in Nashville, Tenn. USA. If that poses a problem, I would be willing to assist you in obtaining a book.
