As for #13 "To Helen"(the short one) was originally in memory of Mrs. Stanard #14 although not identified as such "Annabel Lee" and "Ulalume" for sure. The common theme of Poe's earlier poetry came tragically embodied in Virginia's death. The women in Poe's life were connected to him but things got in the way on some level, even if it were preature death, lack of connection to his art or love.
