Hi everyone, Its nice to be missed, I have had a headache for several days, And when your head is comeing off, its hard to see the computor. I have migraines, And if you were told that when you go through menopause they would quit, don"t believe them!!!!! A man went on a shooting rampage down here, in east texas. He shot his girl friend, and burn down there home, and then shot up all the neighbors houses at two in morn. Then took his car, and headed north, which just happened to be our country road, and ran into tree, jumped out, and with his shot gun ran into the nearest home where husband and wife, and four children were asleep, broke the door down, ran in and shot the kids and wife, husband somehow didn"t get shot, two of the children died instantly, and wife and other child in hospital in critical condition. Well to make a long story short, All of us in niegborhood are armed to our teeth. Tom loaded every gun in house, and place them all over the house, And we didn"t sleep last night.As our neighbors did the same. I didn"t walk my dogs as I usually do. It has disrupted our lives. Boy people are really getting wacko now adays. Any way thats what is happening right now. Love Irene Oh yes he ran into woods, and the place is crawling with sheriff and horses and dogs looking for the guy.

Oh Irene, how horrible! Just when you think you're safe, something like that happens! I hope that you know how to use a gun! I have a fully loaded nine-millimeter handy at all times! Will be thinking of you until the nut is caught. Hopefully, he will put a bullet in his head and save the tax dollars a bit!

Jiminy Irene! I'd about freak out if that happened down our road. Of course, we do have 3 teenage boys in the area that could almost be that bad, but the sheriff keeps their mischief to minimum. Nothing like what you're going through. Hon, I'm so sorry this has happened near you. I hope they catch him soon and he doesn't head up toward Oklahoma. Please stay safe, no matter what. I'll pray for you and all of your neighbors' safety and for this apparently ill man. It makes you wonder what drove him to such a drastic measure. Keep us informed.

Oh, Irene, I hope your headache goes away-I've been fortunate that I don't get migrains but my sister does and they seem really horrible. I hope you all will be safe, and soon you will be able to FEEL safe- as much as anyone can these days-it does seem like people are etting crazier and crazier. Irene, I hope by now they have caught this idiot. That's got to be a horrifying experience for you. I've always been afraid of guns but my husband has several and has taught me how to use them. It does give you a sense of safety in your home. One never knows, especially out in the country. I also hope your headache is gone. My husband just started having migranes about a year ago and I can tell they are no fun. You are in my prayers.

I've heard this works but wouldn't swear by it. I heard that if you rub Vicks onto the soles of your feet it will stop migraines.

I've just recently discovered limes and/or Vick's for headaches of any time. Someone on one of the forum recommended these. They both relieve any type but the Vick's work for really bad ones better. Just rub a little on your forehead and across you nose/sinuses. Don't know about the feet thing
