I received a flyer to subscribe to a journal called "Inside Photoshop" I am a photographer so that is what I use PS for.

Does anyone have an opinion on the value of this magazine? At $79 for 12 issues it is not underpriced.

Cheap it ain't, and there are tons of Photoshop resources and forums on the web for free - searchable and interactive.
