Hello!

I am in search of an exercise to be employed in a workshop that will strengthen team builder skills in managers.

The exercise should take an hour or two.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Also: Is there such a thing as a web site where trainers can read and post team building activities or activities for the training of team leaders?
