We have for sale an 11,000 sq. ft warehouse on the main st. of a very small, rural town /across the street from an 1800's stone mill they are restoreing. The warehouse has loading docks & overhead doors & office spaces etc/etc/etc/-- plus city lots /with two 1,000 gal propane tanks & a peach orchard & an apple orchard---etc/etc/etc/-- then we want to sell our completely remodeled home that has new paint inside & out & new carpet---new furnace--wood stove on sun porch-- your own well along with city water & septic system-garden spots lots of trees & flowers / yard is fenced & has a garage & two storage buildings & a chicken house---etc/etc/etc/etc/---& then a guest house (that use to be a rental house & we bought it to keep renters out-- but could be used for any thing you wanted)---also has a barn & fruit trees-----I might consider selling my ducks & chickens & geese along with all of the properties as one package deal----all for $117,500.00 /FIRM!
