I have used polaroid 669 film for my old polaroid 420. 6 time I try and every time the image was all black look like it did not work, but I do hear click when takinf picture.

what could be my problem, is there a manaul for use this camera. or do i do some thing wrong?

probably the 3 volt battery in the left hand holder (long thin section, pops open, see lower body release IIRC) is dead. The camera uses an electronic light sensor to control shutter speed. It still clicks when battery is dead. ALso be sure the slide switch over lens is set to ASA 75 or ASA 3000 settings, as that can have a big effect. HTH
