In 11 days we will celebrate Christmas. What is your planning for Christmas service? Plays, music, etc. Merry Christmas everyone and thank you God for the gift of your son to us.

The Grant Nation - Toronto, will be holding a special Sunday worship experience. Our Family Church School will participate in the morning worship along with the Music Ministry (Richard Allen Choir, Divine Inspiration Choir, Signs of Praise - Sign Language Choir, Voices From God - Youth Choir, Dance Ministry, Praise Ministry and Men's Chorus). This will be highlighted by the Rhema by Pastor Gregory Wilson. Remeber, Jesus is the reason for the season. God bless you.

The Philip R. Cousin African Methodist Episcopal Church (Mississauga, Ontario - Canada) will be holding a Christmas Day worship service at 8:30 AM.

And St. Paul Community A.M.E Church will have a candle light Christmas celebration on Dec. 23 at our 2 P.M. which will feature a modern day Christmas play and a Jazz christmas concert. We will have a church potluck with turkey and all the trimmings. We will have an Christmas eve service at Mountain View Care Center with a Christmas liturgy.

At THE CATHEDRAL of Vinton Anderson A.M.E. Church in EERSTE RIVER, CAPE TOWN - Fifteenth Episcopal District, we will start our Christmas Day Celebration on December 24, 2001 with a NIGHT IN WHITE organized by the local Women's Missionary Society and the Church's Music Department. We have invited the community and churches in our area to aprticipate and share the program. The program will start of with the singing of Christmas Carols and afterwards a sermon by Rev. William C Legolie, II, We will also have a Candle Lighting ceremony (remembering the truamatized, the needy , the sick and shut-in, etc..)On Christmas Day we again will celebrate with singing and worship. One of the highlights of our service will be the baptism of 12 new babes!
May all our readers have a Blessed Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. Remember that Jesus Christ is the Season for this Season.

Rev. Legolie it is exciting to hear of your church Christmas plans and to baptized twelve babies. Wow!! what a wonderful time of the year to do this. I am curious what is the weather like in your area. I live in the Rocky Mountains, so we have snow.
