please help....went out to milk this am; cheerful,hungry, energetic little nubian WAS NOT her usual self but instead was lethargic, wouldn't eat, milk production down by a third. Was wormed within last month or so, had a gradual change of food last two weeks, has lived here about 6 weeks. This was a sudden onset, as she was ok last night. Checked her awhile ago and she ate a few bites.

Have you taken her temp? Does she have a cud, rumen working? Any other symptoms than what you described? Coat look the same, Stools,etc. Has she had any shots other than being wormed?

Also, how is her breathing?(Any signs of pneumonia?) Any chances she got into the feed barrel, or got bad feed or hay? Any exposure to elements?
