If you like to send out Christmas cards, and you have children who need something to do, have them draw pictures, or color Christmas pictures and send them in your cards. People will enjoy getting them, and you won't have to save them all yourself! I have BOXES of pictures,drawings, school pages etc... stored away. Many of your relatives will be proud to display your child's work on their frig!!

You could also take them to a local nursing home. We are doing this, at the nursing home my grandmother is in.

We are going to make Christmas cards for a few prison inmates. The kids love to color. This will give them a chance to make a few guys feel good.
