I am actively involve in my local church with young people and need some assistants. I do have big dreams for the young people and also the church. Some poeple tell me that my vision is to BIG for a small church but i believe that my vision is Holy Spirit inspired thats why i will do everthing to help ensure the success.

I do have some programs witch i formulize with the help of some friens but the more idees i can get the better chance to be succesfull in OUR goal.

If any of you could give me any idee for youth programs,functions, activities, ministries ect(spiritual and financial), it would be dearly appreceated.

In the past I was very active with the youth in my local church. A few ideas; try having a church lock in with the you bringing sleeping bags and have a prayer service as well as a rap session(to see what's on their minds), order pizza, if yoy have a kitchern have the boy to do the cooking for breakfast and serve the girls, have the girls to clean up. Another ideaa would to sponsore a ptalen program title it To be young Gifted and Black, invite neighboring churches youth to participate. Another idea would to have a youth serving senior citzens day, match each with a senior member of your church and have the youth to serve that senior for a day and then ahve a reporting day where each you can share what they learned.
