Watchdog

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

I recently sent an e-mail to BBC Watchdog and I have just been contacted by them - they are very keen to do a slot on house repossession - could others using this site e-mail them with their stories - it just might bring our problems to peoples attention.

E-mail for Watchdog can be found on the BBC Homepage.

Excellent! Make sure and post details here once you know when it'll be broadcast.

Well done Deb,

I can provide Watchdog with information that I don't want to make available to just anyone at the BBC. Can you please email me the contact details of the person at Watchdog who is dealing with this?

Thanks

Lee

In the light of yourletter Deb I have emailed Watchdog myself, but I am not holding my breath as I went through all of this publicity thing ie: newspapers and even a bit on BBC 24 news two years ago and they have ignored the issue ever since.

I know that Watchdog have a lot of repossession & 'repo shortfall' case material already on file (including my own) so please keep on sending stuff to them so that they can build up a bigger & better dossier. They need to be able to demonstrate a clear pattern for their purposes, plus plenty of 'human interest' stories to go alongside.

I have also just e-mailed watchdog about the building society scandal and I have also e-mailed copies to about 30 MP's and Ken Livingstone and Tony Blair in fact anyone I could think of!!!!!!!

Maybe someone will sit up and start listening to us.

Good luck to us all.
