I address this post to all concerned.

I offer an apology to any and all I may have offended, either directly or indirectly, and prayerfully hope they will accept this apology in the sincere vein in which it is offered.

It seems there are those bothered by my jesting. I am sorry. It was never presented in order to hurt, slander, or “name call.” I was trying to inject a bit of humor into the discussions, that is all.

If we can’t find it in ourselves to laugh, and to laugh at ourselves, we are in trouble. I pray that I will never take myself so seriously as to fall prey to this kind of trouble.

Again, if you are one I have offended, please accept my apology. I thank you in advance for your acceptance. If you have been offended, and cannot accept my apology, then I will pray for you.

Apology accepted! Though it was not you so much that I was offended by. Believe me, it is not that some of us cannot find it in ourselves to laugh, or even to laugh at ourselves! And normally I am not bothered by the good natured joking that goes on in the forum, but this time it went way beyond that from some.

Please remember though that we are not all the same, and that God did not place the same “funny bone” in all of us. Some of us tend to be more serious than others. And that is o.k. too.
