I'm in Emporia, KS. About 3 hours away. I can think of nobody closer who I've known on countryside in the last few years, but I've been out of touch a few monthes. We're a little scare out here. Most of us homesteaders don't bother with online out here. ;-).

Jane, Hi! I live 30 miles west of Independence, Kansas. I do not know the lady who lives 8 miles west of Coffeyville, but we are almost neighbors!
