I have never made sausage before. My husband bought a manual sausage maker for starters until I "get the hang of it". However, I am in need of some "tried and true" recipes. We just killed a large wild hog, and I am in need of pork sausage recipes. Thanks, Sarah

I take about 5tbs garlic flakes boiled in a pint of water.mix the juice after flakes are strained with a cup of black pepper and salt. If you smoke it use a tsp of cure, mix it thouroughly, should make about 20lbs.
