I ran the program once and it was o.K. then came up with an error. Removing and reinstalling after that could not clear the error. I tried all ways to fix finally reloading my whole computor from scratch. Same thing. Made 1 video CD them the program crashed when trying to fire up VideoImpression.Exactly the same way as the first time. I need to have a reliable avi to mpeg video conversion. I am using a Sony Vaio computor with windows ME. Anybody had same problem and know of a solution either to fix Easy CD creator 5 or a better piece of software.

Have a look at VCD Cutter from: http://vcdcutter.yeah.net

It has a handy utility that allows you to conver AVI to MPEG.
