hello i got partridge rocks in march of 2001 they are very nice animals i haven't butcherd mine i just got more today ,7 hens , i cock , 1 rooster . i couid you my friends email because he kills them.

It's been yrs, but if memory serves me correctly - very meaty, rather dark and oh, sooo tasty!

Hello, My family has about 150 chickens. We have raised partridge rocks in the past and we have tried butchering them. The meat was kind of dry and not very tender. But we mostly take these chickens to show.
