I've just started burning VCDs using adaptec. First few tries went OK, but files over 10mb are playing with no sound on some machines, and broken sound on others.

I'm capturing DV via a Pinnacle DV500 card, and editing it using Premiere 6.0, outputting Pinnacle AVI and converting that to MPEG1 in Tsunami Mpeg Enc. The video looks fine on the computer (in Tsunami), and fine on TV - just the problem with the sound to sort out.

Any suggestions more than welcome.
