Anyone out there know about drying nuts?? Just picked a large amount, and am curious what to do. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Charlie in Western Oregon.

before they cut down the pecans on our block my son and I would put the picked nuts in one of those three tiered kitchen baskets that hold fruit.lots of air flow and they would be ready in a couple weeks.
