According to the Atty. Gen.......the Boston area has been put on alert for potential terrorists attacks this weekend.

And yep.....I'll be driving through there late Saturday or early Sunday on my way to Maine.

You've got my prayers, and I ask for others for my son Daniel and myself. We are traveling by bus to Flint, MI for a karate tournament this Saturday. There were a couple of Sike/Sique/Sikue (spelling is wrong, I know) deaths at the hand of some idiots a couple of days ago. Some folks went into a store they owned, screaming about what took place on the 11th, and shot the two men. Of course, their religion has NOTHING to do with the beliefs of those who attacked NYC, Wash, DC, and the hillside of PA.

Anyway, in case things are a bit shaky up there, please keep us and the other 90+ folks attending the tournament from the greater Pittsburgh area in your prayers.

I know the Flint, Saginaw, Bay City area pretty well - that's were my Dad originated from. There's a butcher shop in bay City that used to make the world's best Polish Sausage - but I don't know if it is still in business anymore.
