For those unfamiliar with the Kiara GP, it is a 6-round race series held on a 10km course in Bukit Kiara. The race is in a time trial format, where riders are let off in 1-minute intervals. The trails, almost all of which is singletrack, are pretty technical for a cross country course The top riders (national level mountain bikers) take about 50 minutes to complete a lap (average speed, a measly 12km/h), which tells you how much fun the course is.
