Big forearms

I want to put more muscles on my biceps. My biceps are 18". The problem: my forearms are much too big, about 22" around and 13 3/4" wrist circumference. If i do some training for my biceps, only the forearms are getting bigger. What to do so the forearms become thinner and the biceps bigger? 19" forearms and 22" biceps would be ok.

Yeah... right... 13 3/4" wrist circumference? Maybe find any 350 # lineman with wrists over 10" ---
