i used to be able to get what were called "mustard eggs" at our local giant supermarket...they were like red beet or pickled eggs, but had a different flavor and were yellow in color...they don't carry them anymore, and none of the clerks remember them for me to find the supplier...so, i want to make my own...does any one have a recipie for them?

Melanie, I just did a search at google.com and found several recipes. When you do the search at google.com be sure to put "mustard eggs" in qutaion marks so you get an exact phrase search.

I just made some Pickled Eggs this Sunday, next time I might give the Mustard Eggs a try.
