You might want to go to www.vcdhelp.com. They list a lot of programs that can be used to convert between formats. I assume you do know that Real Media is the worst possible format to encode video in and that you realize that you are making tremendous sacrifices in video quality to do this. You may have a very good reason for doing this, but I just want to make sure that you don't think that RM is as good as VCD because it is not.
