Thanks to all. The goats seem to be just fine now. The probios and B vitamins seem to have helped a great deal. I looked for valbazen, but the only bottle I could find cost $45 dollars and the expiration date was June this year. She took it and put it back on the shelf. Can you believe that? They keep this stuff behind the counters. Wonder why they do that? I hate to have ask for everything I want to read. Then they just wait for you to read. I mean is this stuff so hard to come by that you have to keep it behind the counter and hoover over someone reading the lables? Well maybe I am too grumpy these day. Anyway, thank you all so much.

Bonnie, call 1800-Jeffers or go to jefferslivestock.com you simply won't believe how much less expensive it is to order your own meds and supplies. Also, make sure and ask them for longer shelf life wormers, then when you open them put them in the fridge. With larger herds you easily could use a wormer in a year, with a smaller herd share 1/2 a bottle with another goat owner. I order all my meds, wormers and vaccines in the winter, so I don't have to pay more for one day shipping or ice chests, I also don't have to worry that my meds got hot in shipping. I would use a bottle of wormer in my fridge that had a June 2001 date, but would toss all 2001 meds, Jan 2002 when I get my new ones in. Vicki
