We are currently evaluating a company that provides an SLM service. The company is ClarITeam - http://www.clariteam.com/ . I would love to have feedback on the subject if anyone has info.

The attraction of this company is the ability to look at QoS across a business process and determine if the business process is within the SLA. It considers all components between the end user and "end" of the business process from network to applications to infrastructure components.
