Hello Bill. Glad to see your website is back online. You are a great source of information that is hard to get and analysis that is honest and logical.

What I am wondering is if the recent court ruling pertaining to freelance journalists has affected you in any way? I recall a story about some of your work being used without proper recognition, was that situation directly affected at all? Were you ever hesitant to publish anything because you didn't want to lose control of its use?

I hope that the ruling makes it easier for your research and opinions to reach the public. A majority of the media outlets aren't "telling it like it is" when Microsoft is involved. Public opinion is slowly changing though, and it is quite noticable. I am sure that now, people will believe your findings even moreso. Thanks for all your hard work.
