I have Pantium II, 350 mhz 128 Ram and small Hard drive of 4 g

I just acquired VideoWave III SE which came in bundled with a FireWire card. Now what i want to use in NOT FireWire card but my existing analog video capture card (cybertainment) for the analog video capture. But I want to use VideoWare III SE to capture it. I installed the program but in the setting i dont see MPEG format to capture. all I see is avi format. I thought VideoWave is able to capture in MPEG1 format.

Also I dont see any templat for that either.

Why cant I do that? Am I doing something wrong or not done something i should have done?

I don't believe it will capture in MPEG but it can "produce" in MPEG. Capture the video as an AVI. Place it in the storyline. Then produce the video as an MPEG (or any of the other options). VideoCD is MPEG1 format.
