A college friend is planning to move to the Senica/Greenville, SC area. I am somewhat afraid his realtor may be only giving him the good aspects. Does anyone know of any negative aspects he should be aware of, such as the area being targeted for hog or broiler factory farms?

That area is nothing but URBAN sprawl. Mini farms at the most no factory farms, even tho Clemson Un. is near Senca. Land is very pricely up there, as that is where all the high tech jobs are located.
