My wife is not signing divorce papers, she had a case of domestic violence in the year of 1999. She asked big amount of money to settle down this issue, as I didn't owed any money or we didn't have any property together. She is trying to bring another culture and lied to the court just to get the support from them. Please advice me what should I do to get out with this marriage. Currently I don't have any job at all.
