Have services with a broad based ministry in mind. For example, in the Music Ministry, sing songs that cover a broad base of all members. young people need to hear some gospel and contemporary, and the baby boomers and mother s of the church ma y need a hymn or anthem?? Teach Tithing and have various ministries that will be eyecatching for your potential new members.
