I have downloaded and installed Flask MPEG. I want to use it to converter MPEG-2 to AVI. I have no idea how to use it. Can anyone give me some instructions. Thank you.

It's easy and complicated at the same time. You'll need first to add some plugins to be able to convert your MPEG- 2 (I do for VOB) in MPEG-2 or MPEG-1 or AVI with different bitrate or frame size.

I suggest you to visit www.vcdhelp.com which is full of tutorials regarding these arguments.
