Is it true, as several dealers told me, that grey market N65 has a plastic lens mount. One guy even told me it was a plastic thread mount.

Definitely not true. A grey market and non-grey market camera are exactly the same thing, except that the former, being imported directly by the retailer, is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, whereas the latter, being important through the manufacturer's authorized agent, are warranty-covered. For a detail explanation, see here. The dealers you mentioned were just trying to dissuade you from buying the cheaper grey-market N65; I would strongly advise you to stay away from such dishonest dealers.
