Biomechanics of the "grab" and "traditional" swimming starts

What are the biomechanical techniques of both the grab and traditional swimming starts? Giving reference to stance, velocity, displacement, acceleration and centre of gravity.

Track starts are faster but less powerfull. Grab starts are slower but more powerfull. You should do whatever you feel most comfortable with.
