Hi,

How do I get my "Apply" button to show up (it's greyed out) in Control Panel, Settings?

What causes the Apply button to become nonfunctional, anyway?

I can't change my setttings because I cannot use the apply button.

Answers

If you are not the Admin or have not given yourself Admin rights, you can't change many settings. Give yourself "ownership". Then RTFM and you will be able to "apply".
