It's not a matter of the burner. You Need burning software that can burn VCD.

yea try "Ulead.com" ... the give you a beta version of software but it is real picky of what it would author

use vcdeasy. very good software and it is free. can do vcd1.1 vcd 2 and svcd. only problem is your cdburner must be recognized by it. more and more burners are available for it.
