I am a new member of a consulting team who has an RFP for a team building session aimed at the senior leadership team. The goal will be to create/refine their vision/mission/strategies/values, etc. I would like to know what people are doing to facilitate these kinds of sessions. What exercises or approaches are you using. I think the company is looking for something that is not necessarily on-site, but not some extravagant trip either... Any input would be great or good resource to check out.
