Does anyone know of any literature (or websites) relating to raising chickens organically for both meat and eggs? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Josh. Go to your local feed store. Sometimes feed companys pass out free booklets on how to raise poultry, etc. Usually they are advertizing their product, trying to get you to feed their stuff in certain quantities or types according to the poultries size or age.

Get ahold of a copy of PASTURED POULTRY PROFITS by Joel Salatin; its not specifically just organic, but it is all natural. Join the American Pasture Poultry Producers Assn; they will likely help you find an organic feed source near you.
