Lack of maturity of those who write the tests, and kids are scored for life from these stupid tests. I'm beginning to think we need to start making the age of maturity 40 + since youthfull indescretions are acceptable under age 40.

They need to stop babying kids, asking if little things "make them sad" and tell them to sit down and do their damn school work instead of feeding them excuses for not achieving anything, then expecting the damn world to owe them a living, to be handed a "job" where they can get rich instantly without working for it.

Isn't there something between corporal punishment and no punishment? Whatever happened to detention? Whatever happened to expulsion? Whatever happened to being "left back".

Personally I don't think it's good to let a teacher physically beat on a kid.
