I put a video in mpeg format.. under mpeg-1, etc etc. I burned it to a cd with nero but my vcd player cannot play the movie, Or it plays, it just has a black screen (and no sound). Just in case anyones wondering, ihave a sega saturn vcd player. I hit play.... I wait... nothing happens. DOes anyone know anything that could be causing this problem?

You have to find out first if the problem is with your created VCD or with your Sega. Have U played a pressed, non-CD-R VCD on that Sega before? Did you try playing your created VCD on a DVD set-top known to read VCD/CD-R??
