Do you have any stuffed animals? Do they have any distinct personalities?

I have a dolphin, a lobster, a teddy bear and a crocodile in my car. All have distinct personalities, and anyone who rides in my car plays with them.I keep the teddy bear in the glovebox, whichs makes a good conversation point. Sometimes. Or (more usually) I get berrated for leaving a bear in the dark :)

I have an orange stuffed fish that hangs from my ceiling that has a device in it that makes it make noises when pushed (it makes bubble sounds, appropriately) and a white elephant that also makes sound: it sings "Hooked on a Feeling" and sways its trunk back and forth... They were both cheesey type gifts, but I thought they were so tacky that I'd display them.

I have loads, but my favourite special ones, and the only ones I bring to university with me, are a baby penguin and a polar bear. Dead cute on my bed. The polar bear (Peter) is nice but my penguin (Percy) has a right attitude on him - being vicious to certain people who enjoy coming round to my bed in the middle of the night is a favourite one...

Well, here at work I have a Vulture sitting on my computer monitor and, of course, the "stolen" bunny which was given to me by a departing coworker... The stolen bunny is cool cause he's wearing a Navy Theater Ballistic Missile Defense t-shirt... The bunny looks frightened... probably cause he's "Stolen"... the vulture protects me from the evils of the idots that run around this company...

I have a pet rubber snake over my desk at work named Geoffrey. One of the reference librarians threw it at me on my third day of work-- scared the bejeezus out of me. I named it Geoffrey because my boss kept calling me that instead of Jeremy. (My boss: "Do you mind if I call you Jeffrey? It's just easier for me to remember." Me: "Well, I really would prefer it if you called me by my real name.")So anyway, Geoffrey is like Jon's Vulture, guarding me from the veritable cornucopia of morons in this library.

I have a nineteen year old dog called Mike. He is cool and very clever. It's weird because depending on what way you look at him, hiws expression changes. Despite the fact that he has a smile sewed onto his mouth. But he is very cool and has made lots of friends since he has come to university with me.

Snowboy is my token ghetto stuffed animal. Well, he's not really an animal. I don't know what he is. He's like a snowman with legs and arms. He's one of those Ty Beanie Buddies from a couple years ago. If I'd kept him in good shape, I probably could have sold him on eBay for a decent amount, since he was pretty rare. But then I wouldn't have anybody representin' south side like a mofo, yo.Umm... yeah.
My other favorite is Big Zachary (as opposed to Little Zachary, who sits on top of my computer). He's a big brown monkey that my sister gave to me for my last birthday. He's darn smart, and he sits on my big pillow and keeps watch over me when I'm having a bad night.

Oh, yes. I have werebears, which transform from cute looking teddy bears into teddy bears with claws and teeth. I have nine of them. I once took them all on holiday with me. I was about twelve at the time. At one point, I always used to have one with me. That was a long time ago, but yesterday I found myself carrying one around the house.I used to sleep with them, until I stopped sleeping in my own bed. Now they regularly squeal "WE MISS YOU!" in horrible high-pitched voices and sing "Back For Good" by Take That. But not on their own accord, of course.
They've never written journal entries yet, but I did write a very long tribute to them (at the age of 19) and put it online.

I went to the build-a-bear factory the other day and I got a floppy bunny dressed in a tu-tu. But the lady who stuffed her made her kinda fat and hard, so she isn't good to snuggle with or anything. Not that I woould really snuggle with a stuffed animal anyway. I find them kindof annoying...that's why I spent $35 on one. Logical, huh?

I have an AFLAC duck that I stole from my mother's daycare....if you squeeze him, he goes "Aflac.....aflac......aflaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaac!". It's quite cute. He also sits around looking proud.

My stuffed moose, "Morris" has been mine since I was around five. Right now I'm neglecting him by putting him in my closet, but he doesn't mind. He's an introvert. I only keep him around on the bad nights when I need someone to watch over me, like Laurie.

My bear, Holli. I had her since I was oh.. six years old, so she's had alittle wear and tear and now she sits happily on my television. She's a sassy little bear. Oh yes, she is.
