Could anyone tell me what was the street no. of Offernan's Saloon (Steuart Street), the last wooden waterfront structure to escape the 1906 earthquake, and what year it was demolished?

I worked in the 200 block of Steuart (now nonexistent) in the early 70's. I could be wrong, but could Offernan's have been the bar in the Auddifred building, where Boulevard is now?
