Tired of the California mess. Thing is an absolute nobrainer scam. I seriously do not know how many more clues are necessary.

California Sees Power Meltdown Without Price Cap

He estimated the average wholesale power price was $228 per megawatt hour in California last month, compared with about $30 per megawatt hour one year ago.

The Bush administration has repeatedly rejected a western price cap on wholesale power transactions, saying price controls would only discourage construction of new generating plants badly needed in California.

Look NOBODY is disputing a ton of things could have been done better. NOBODY is saying conservation is ridiculous. NOBODY is saying more production wouldn't help. Frankly ALL OF THAT is obvious. So obvious to indicate there is far more going on here, GET IT? All that is "diversionary science" to place attention on factors which "make sense", but have little if anything to do with the situation.

All the baloney in the MSNBC PR exercise does not explain how rates can jump TEN TIMES in less than 4 months. Nothing can except THEFT. Theft which proceeded 100% once these criminals had the last piece of their plan in place....GW BUSH as President.

These extremists crooks will not even talk about it. Why not then SET IN STONE, a wholesale price TWICE the going rate to stimulate development? California could only hope for such REASONABLE PRICES. Be a change from 5-10-50 times the rate paid elsewhere. Does Bush even talk about this? course not, and why should he with DUMBASSES like Carlos or Chicken who would suck-up any-old crap fed to them by the ones they also believe Godlike.
