Are there any advantages ( monetary ) in persuing a loan thru "special government sponsored financing", because of special census tract targeting for 'community reinvestment act' loans by major depository institutions thru the fair lending program evaluation center, or is this just another adverting scheme to generate more loan business ?. thanks in advance for your reply.
