Hi, everyone! I live in a valley in the Rocky Mountains, actually ski resort town. So we usually have eight months of winter then summer. Today it will be 48 degrees which for us in Montana is balmy, people will have on shorts, and sandals. We may get a couple days of this nice weather, but I will enjoy it while it lasts. So is it warm or spring like where you live?

Dear Rev. Rogers, In Richmond, Va., 48 degrees is not considered balmy and people will definitely not be out in shorts. It is about 60 degrees here and people are waiting for the spring 70 to 75 degree weather.
