Is the AME Church moving forward? Technology has made all industries far more effecient. Can the AME church say the same. Are we as technologicaly profeciebt as we should be in this day and age? Can we afford not to be?

Are you asking if the AME church has a strategic plan for empowerment which addresses spiritual growth, economic incentives, development of new churches, expansion of the gospel message through the use of technology?

Mole: I assume you are posing a rhetorical question. If that is the case, I find no evidence that the AMEC is regressing. Technology acquisition is occuring, albeit slowly, resuling in material improvements. The beuaty of technological change is that it sharpens institutional and individual creativity in the push to stay ahead. Technological change is the effective deterrent to human complacency. Since the Bible identifies complacency [slothfulness] as one of the "great seven sins" it is imperative we embrace technology as friend and not foe. QED
